Private and Semi-Private Yoga Instruction
Office, home, or for retreats, I offer professional yoga instruction and am fully certified
and covered by liability insurance. My private yoga studio is simple,  clean, low scent,  
and equipped space that evokes calmness and promotes soulful exploration. Private
yoga sessions are $65 per 1.25hour session, with a discount if pre-paid for 10
sessions; $40 per person for semi-private (2 persons).

Corporate Yoga
Contact your human resource representative to find out if you can have Dream Yoga
and Dance come to your workplace! All we need is a room large enough to house 10
-12 persons on mats and personal space between. You guarantee at least five
participants per session; your HR person negotiates a flat-rate or a per person rate. I
can supply a small amount of mats the first couple of sessions, and then participants
need to purchase and bring their own mats. They can do that on their own, or they can
purchase a mat from Hugger Mugger via myself at a reasonable fee.

Yoga Conditioning and Pilates Reformer Work
Private sessions using yoga and Pilates for rehabilitation and strengthening have
arrived. If you are looking for Pilates-only certified trainers, I can refer you to a local
trainer. I provide Yoga-inspired workouts on the Reformer, promoting breath work,
rehabilitation of low back, hip, knee, and shoulder challenges, and core strength.
$65/1.25 hour private session.

Therapeutic Movement Workshops
I can create team-building participatory workshops using all kinds of movement to get
your team thinking, working, and laughing together. Just think of me as your "play
movement director" or a specialist with a degree in Fun-ology. I'll listen to what your
needs are and set you up. Prices depend on the length of your event, how many
people you wish to hire, and any related fees such as travel, mileage, and materials. I
have taught the following workshops: "Sneaky Release Moves", "Belly Yoga Flow", and
"What the F.A.W (Fatigue, Anxiety, and Weight Gain".


BELLYDANCE AND BOLLYWOOD

Belly dance Instruction
Private and semi-private instruction available at reasonable rates, starting at $35 per
session, with discounts if you purchase a package of sessions.
Group classes by Imei on request, with no rental fee on DY&D studio use.

Belly dance Performance with Imei
Egyptian cabaret and fusion belly dance for your office party, corporate functions,
weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations. All performances are family oriented,
using tasteful music and costuming. My sets include Zills, intricate veil work, Spanish
fan, Wings of Isis (if there is space), drum solo, and sword.

Bollywood Performance with Imei
Bollywood performances for your private party or corporate event are now available. I
have studied Bollywood with two Seattle local "celebrities" of Bollywood, Nalini and
Mollie Singh. Now booking exclusively under BollywoodSeattle.com. Whether you like
it sweet and spiritual, or more Bhangra with dances reminiscent of the movies, book a
performance with Imei. Approximately $150/10-12 minute performance, or $125/single
piece of 4-5 minutes in length.

I am also accepting Bollywood teaching opportunities. Please book with
dancewithmollie.com and request me for group teaching opportunities for 6 weeks, 12
weeks, or on-going sessions. I am currently taking  Mollie's "Mollywood"
Bollywood/Bhangra certification process, and I teach through 24hourfitness.com in DT
Seattle.


Studio Rental
My studio is available for rental (excluding scheduled class times), and is excellent
when you have large props (veils and wings), or a troupe up to eight. Included is the
use of yoga props, three large mirrors plus a side mirror, and a great sound system.
$10/hr, small discount if you reserve for five hours or more.

Multiple-artist Shows
If you wish to have more than one dancer at your event, I can coordinate a performance
artist show that will guarantee that your event will be a hit! Hips for Hire is my original
company name founded in 2007. It has been revitalized to offer entertainment of all
